Gourley Township Historical Society
The purpose of the Gourley Township Historical Society is to foster the collection and preservation of materials for the history of Gourley Township; to encourage the writing and publication of Gourley Township history; to encourage all projects, celebrations, and other activities which tend to spread historical information concerning the history of Gourley Township; to foster all efforts to create a wider interest on the part of township citizens in the development of their township, and to do any other activities which will further the historical and cultural interest of the public.
Gourley Township Historical Society meets the first Thursday of the month from October to April at the Gourley Township Hall, N13830 County Road 551 in Wilson, Michigan. The society does not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs, or activities. Everyone with an interest in Gourley Township history is welcome to attend. There is no membership fee.
